Biography
Mr. Bert Dawson has been a lifelong resident of Columbiana County. He is married to Deborah Cochran Dawson, has two sons, and three grandchildren. Bert has served as County Engineer since 1969 and Sanitary Engineer since 1990. He is Secretary of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors. In 2007, Bert was named Urban County Engineer of year by the National Association of County Engineers.
